Ciphony was founded in 1998 to provide highly classified technical services to the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, now called the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Our name was taken from the CIA Communications Handbook, which used the word to define "secure communications." In 1999 Ciphony created a commercial division focused on the telecommunications industry. In 2000 Ciphony began an international division to import and export manufactured goods. In 2005 Ciphony created an oil and energy services division. Today Ciphony is still focused on highly secure transactions. Our International team can ensure the safe transportation of materials, finished products, or information anywhere in the world.
